allaahsavedus:

• pray
• fear Allaah
• lower your gaze
• don’t talk to the opposite sex
• have sabr
• be modest
• maintain consistency
• don’t backbite
• stay away from arrogance
• gain ilm
• do not speak unnecessarily 
• be humble
• maintain proper adab
• speak with knowledge
• be just
• know your obligations 
• do everything for the sake of Allaah

Be that, and you will get that in shaa Allaah.
